Privacy Policy for TF App

TF App is an internal tool. It connects the QuickBooks Online company of Transfuse Inc. to a command line program that runs on a computer owned by Transfuse Inc. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than the owner of that company.

What the app accesses

With the owner's authorization through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow, the app reads and updates accounting records in the connected QuickBooks Online company: accounts, vendors, customers, purchases, deposits, transfers, journal entries, bills, invoices, payments, sales receipts and company information.

What the app stores

Downloaded records are stored as files on the owner's own computer. OAuth tokens are stored in the owner's password manager. No data is sent to any third party, no data is sold, and no analytics or advertising services are used.

Who can see the data

Only the owner of the QuickBooks Online company and the people the owner authorizes, such as the company's accountant, who already has access to the same QuickBooks Online company.

Deleting data

Disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online revokes its access. Files on the owner's computer are deleted by the owner.
