End User License Agreement for TF App

Effective 2026-10-01. Licensor: Transfuse Inc.

TF App is an internal tool of Transfuse Inc. It is licensed only to Transfuse Inc. and to people Transfuse Inc. authorizes. It is not sold, offered or supported for anyone else.

1. Use. The licensee may run the app to read and update the licensee's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's APIs, within Intuit's terms of service.
2. No warranty. The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The licensee checks every change the app proposes before it is written to the accounting records.
3. Liability. Transfuse Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, to the extent the law allows.
4. Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Intuit is not a party to this agreement.
5. Termination. The license ends when the app is disconnected from the QuickBooks Online company or when Transfuse Inc. says so.
6. Governing law. The law of the State of Georgia, United States.
